At HiPuppy, we are pleased to offer shipping services within Canada and US. Please read our shipping policy to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Shipping Locations:
We currently offer shipping within Canada and US.

Processing and Dispatch:
All orders are processed within 3 business days pending payment verification.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Costs:

• Canada: a flat shipping fee of $7 CAD applies. Free shipping for orders over $69 CAD.

• US: a flat shipping fee of $7 USD applies. Free Shipping for orders over $79 USD.

• Shipping fee is calculated separately for some special items (*a Note is listed in production description)

Estimated Delivery Times:
Delivery times may vary based on location. Orders shipped from our warehouse in Toronto.

• Ontario/Quebec typically arrive within 2-3 business days after dispatch.

• Deliveries to the rest of Canada typically take 5-7 business days after dispatch.

• Shipments to the United States usually arrive within 2-7 business days after dispatch.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

Address Accuracy:
Ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delivery issues. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Regular updates on your order's status will be provided, including order confirmation, shipment, and delivery emails.
